After January 1, 1980 any person directed to perform tasks for the care and sanitarskay assistance in the field of long term care and licensed establishments must pass federal and state approved nurse training program before the state test to challenge the assessment of competence. If any medical assistant employed at the institution, he must enroll in a training program approved by the State within 90 days and complete it within 120 days of work in the institution.
